Return Policy: There are NO returns on custom merchandise unless there is a defect. I will always work with you to make an issue right however there are absolutely no returns because of size. Please pay careful attention to measurement charts especially on women sizes.

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE BEFORE ANY WORK CAN BE STARTED - THANK YOU

RUSH FEES - if you are looking to have your order faster than the time frame given you will incur a rush fee to move to the front of the line. Fee is based on the size of the job.

SAMPLES - are available upon request at cost for large orders. The cost of the sample will go towards the job if you decide to move forward with the order.

PREVIEWS - preview of what your order will look like is always free, however if you decide to NOT purchase the product and the artwork took time you will be charged for the time it took to set up the preview and if you would like a copy of the art you will be charged a graphic design fee.

GRAPHIC DESIGN - Digitizing your IDEAS takes time, you will be charged a per hour graphic design fee for any artwork sent that needs to be reworked, or any ideas you send and I turn into a logo or artwork. I am generally pretty quick but some work does take much longer than others. You will only see this fee once, never again unless you ask for the design to be changed. SETUP FEES - I do not charge a "setup fee" - I think it is ridiculous to charge you to setup my machines. Please make sure you understand graphic design fees and previews above.

LATE FEES - Communication is key, if I still have your order and you stop communicating with me late fees will start being added on a weekly basis.
