Once ordered a mock will be sent to make sure the shirt is correct before any prepping is done on the shirt. Please be sure to provide the best email or text number to send your mock up to in the bottom "more info" box. Thank you

Fill in the applicable boxes, (you do not need to fill in every box, just what pertains to your order) upload your images if you have art to add  (Png preferred however I can work with almost any file) and send your order to me through the website  OR
